Really fun filament, the kids are amazed at everything I print with it.

I was a little skeptical of how well this would work, but the doubt was put to rest on the first print. I made several plastic Easter eggs, and all my nephews and cousins went crazy for them. Holding them in their hands, blowing on them, running them under warm water all to get it to go all pink. I haven't tested the mechanical strength but the print quality and finish are nice.I attached a time-lapse video of a print with the bear, watch the heat move through out the bear.

Junk. Useless. No amount of fine running made it work or worth the headache
Based on good reviews I bought three rolls of color change filament from this company. All three were complete junk. Spent days calibrating and test printing temp towers, stringing tests, retraction tests, calibration cubes, etc. even with all those tests dialed in printing anything of size was a waste of time. Material came out the nozzle grainy and rough. Preventing good layer adhesion and leaving it brittle. I was committed to making it work and used 80% of the green-yellow roll trying to get it right. Using the setting I found best for this still produced garbage prints. Swapping to hatchbox or sunlu products using the same settings produced fantastic prints. Junk junk junk. 5 rolls total of this stuff and of the three I opened I have had the same issue. Lesson learned, never but more than one roll of an unknown brand.

Very nice!
I have an Ender 3 with AllMetal hotend. This was my first non-Hatchbox brand filiment.I printed this tree frog (Sliced in Cura 4.2.1 using their stock 'Superior Quality' profile) in about 9 hours. (Nozzle temp: 196, bed temp:55, stock 30m fan off for few layer, 100% the rest of the print.)The color changes to bright yellow when it's hot, and dark green when it's cold. The pics here are showing on the printer (yellow), and room-temp which is 73F/ 22C. At these temps, the color changes don't show up that well, but when it's around 75F+, if you are holding something cold, it's a pretty dramatic and fast change. When the print is cold (around 50F-60F), and if your hands are hot, the same dramatic and fast changes happen. Very nice! I am going to try out other filaments from this company, and will defiantly be ordering another color changing one.

Easily changes color with touch, quite see-through.
I like this filament, and currently using this for a specific product I'm making. I have dealt with a handful of different heat-reactive PLA filaments, and this one is the most receptive. The other ones I've used require a great amount of heat just to change the filament color. The cool-down also took them an hour to cool down just to go back to the default color. That's not with this filament. Once cooled down, it assumes the light orange look in contrast to the bright yellow when printed. You can warm your hands by rubbing them and touch your 3D prints to see the color change. You could even breathe onto it to see the color change. With all of that said, this filament is transparent. Any 3D printed walls less than 7mm thickness will see light bleed.

Great color, good plastic.
Works well, no print problems with my Tevo Tornado, (.4mm nozzle, heated 60C bed) looks great. I mostly bought it to make stuff for my young daughter -- pink and purple are her two favorite colors :) -- but I have had pretty good results printing other stuff with it as well. Pictured is a spiral vase I printed just for fun. I used my space heater to heat up one side so you can see both colors in the photo.I am not sure what the exact color change temperature is, but it seems to be a nice middle point between room temperature and body temperature, so that things turn pink when you hold them and then turn back to a pretty shade of purple when they cool off.

Prints well, color change is cool, but the spool is poorly wrapped
The PLA prints well and the color changing effect is very cool! However the spool I received is very poorly wrapped. During my first print, the PLA was doubled over on the spool and got stuck, almost causing the filament to stop feeding. Had I not caught it and manually fixed it mid-print by unwrapping it by hand, I would have had to abort the print. For my next print, I unwrapped a bit of PLA from the spool to make sure that there wouldn't be any issues, but it looks like the PLA is wrapped this way throughout the spool. This PLA costs almost double the amount of the standard PLA I use for every day prints, so for the price, I was expecting a better wrap. As it stands, I have to sit by my printer to monitor if the filament is feeding, which makes this impossible to use for long prints.

Are you warm blooded? -- this will tell you!
I would say this is really cool stuff, but whenever I touch it, it says I'm warm! -- Changes temperature at about 85 degF. Prints just like any other PLA. My printers are in a small closed room, and it was fun to watch the color change on this as the room heated up during the print. Bottom of the spool was purple, and when the filament rose up above the printer where it was warmer, it turned pink. This material changes temperature (and thus color) pretty fast, and the conductive heat across the body of the material is pretty slow. Can see rough finger prints on it for minutes afterwords.I had a piece of it behind my computer one day and it turned pink -- I didn't even realize that there was a fan back there.Hope they come up with more temperature ranges in the future. But this is kind of a nice range because it's right at that point where reacts to body temperature, and when the room gets "uncomfortable".

Good filament, good adhesion, no print issues
The headline says it all, but my only minor gripe, is that body heat does not work right away. In fact, you have to have to press your fingers on it pretty hard to make start to go pink. Or in another scenario, if the print is small enough to cup in your hands, blow on it for a couple minutes. In fact, the plastic will return back to purple very quickly after you put it down on a table. From what I've seen in the pictures posted, they either just finished printing their model, used a hair dryer/heat gun on it, put it on the window sill for a few minutes, or the like, before snapping a shot. I was kinda hoping that you make a slate model, using just your finger to write a message, draw a simple picture, and it would slowly fade back to purple.Despite the length of the minor gripe, the product is top notch to print with.

Great filament, colors change!
This filament prints well without needing to fine tune your settings. I attached a picture showing how the color changes with heat, I used my kittys paw :)

Fun Filament
No problems loading and printing with this filament, though it seems a bit softer than the single colour filaments. Joints need to be printed finer or they tend to break more easily. Objects printed will start out yellow due to the heat of the print, but at room temperature, it turns orange.I find that objects change to yellow very quickly if you play with or hold them, but it takes quite a while to turn them back to orange at room temperature (though it will change quickly in the 'fridge). Fun for printing toys or things you handle a lot, like fidget toys or puzzles.

Amazing quality filament. Prints very nicely, vivid colour change from orange to yellow.
Great product and easy to print. Printed various things likd popsocket adapters, pens, grips, etc. They turn colour almost immediately (depending on thickness) and do not seem to have lost their colour hanging ability over time. I tried to print down to .12 mm resolution.. the print was so smooth and thin it was almost transparent. Most of my other filaments can not do this...not sure why! (On a Voxelab Aquila ~200$!)Therefore, I'll be ordering other colours from this company as this is very nice filament, colour-changing or not!

Awesome Filament
Love this stuff, Colour change effect works well. Prints amazing and smooth. I had some issues at first with parts being very brittle, but after playing with print settings it works like a dream with no issues. Waiting for it to be back in stock and will be getting more.

Great Filament for the kids!
The kids love the colour changing filament and this stuff hit the mark. No issues printing with adhesion or quality. Printed an articulation lizard and came out flawless. Using Prusa MK3 and worked like a charm with stock settings.Hope this helps,Happy Printing,Jeff
