I have been taking a daily dose of Vit D For years and not just in the Winter – these capsules are the smallest and easiest I have ever taken. They are soft gel, easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. A years supply in the bottle 😊 Contains 2,000 IU with the addition of extra virgin olive oil. They can be taken with or without food, I take mine without food first thing in the morning because that is when I remember to take them, but I have read that it is recommended to take with a meal for enhanced absorption.I think they're good value for money.

Their wasn’t clear instructions about wether it’s suitable for vegetarians or if they are halal are not.Now I have checked the ingredients and it says bovine gelatine is made of animal skin mostly pigs.So gutted to read that,The way it is advertised with things like extra virgin oil and gluten free gives one idea that it might be suitable for vegetarians which its clearly not .I can’t comment about the performance as I haven’t used any.Not recommended for vegans ,vegetarians , Muslims.
