Good cooler for the price
The previous reviewer claims that the screws to the lid were stripped out on the cooler. The screws on the lid appear loose but this is only to allow some play so that the lid can open and shut properly. The cooler is well constructed and compared to the coolers on it's level it is a deal at $115. The Yeti is four times the price so really not a fair comparison. If your looking for a good cooler but don't feel like shelling out Yeti money this is a good buy.

Definitely worth the upgrade over standard coolers
This is the same cooler that Coleman sells for $120 on their website: [...]This cooler accompanied us on a 4-day camping trip in to the backcountry of the central Washington Cascade Mountains this last week, and served us very well. We put the divider (included) in to divide the cooler in to a 60/40 split, and layered a bag of crushed ice on the bottom, then put 3 lbs of dry ice in, then a little more ice, then a BUNCH of beer and water. In the smaller compartment of the cooler, we just had crushed ice (no dry ice) and that setup kept our sour cream, cheese, eggs, butter, Cholula, yogurt cups, half & half COLD (but not ICY cold, like the beer and water), and we also put a few small things in the tray (also included, which kept stuff up off the ice). We packed the cooler on Tuesday night, left on Wednesday morning, and on Saturday morning, after bouncing around on sunny forest roads for 3 days, there was still a congealed block of crushed ice stuck together on the "beer side". VERY, VERY COLD. I have no doubt it would've gone another 2-3 days, no problem. We are very satisfied with the cooler's performance, despite having arrived with a small crack in the outer shell at the front right corner (Amazon has a new one coming to replace it). These Coleman "Ultimate Xtreme" (sometimes misspelled "Extreme") coolers are FILLED WITH FOAM in between the inner liner and outer wall, hence how they keep the cold in for those couple of extra days. Definitely worth the extra money over the "normal" Coleman coolers for multi-day adventures, or just for those who like keeping things colder for day trips in extreme heat (remember, the more you open the cooler, the harder it is for a cooler to keep things cold, because the outside air gets exchanged with that cold air the cooler has been working so hard to keep), so if you open your lid a lot, a nicer cooler like this WILL make a difference.List of "niceties" -1) there is an included divider wall that you can move around to 1 of 2 different slots (and the fact that it is meant to double as a cutting board is a thoughtful touch)2) the tray to keep stuff up and off the ice - like sensitive medical-related things like an EpiPen epinephrine injector that can't be allowed to get hot in a warm car or sunny day at the lake, but also can't be down with your beer and be allowed to get cold and icy and still be effective)3) you can sit or stand on it (up to 250 lbs), to reach to the top of your car, etc4) the stainless steel hinges and screws mean you can take this to the beach or on your ocean-going boat for YEARS without any worries5) the stainless steel coil support "thing" on the right side holds the lid open at a 90 degree angle, so that when you're crusing at 20 knots (I don't know, maybe even faster), the wind won't close the lid down on your hand. A quick nudge with your hand, elbow, beer bottle, etc, and the tension is broken, and it will THEN fall down and close6) the lid does fit very snug, keeping the cold air in and the hot air out. I prefer NOT having locks/latches like fancier/more expensive coolers boast, to keep it easy to get open with one hand, but obviously if you need a bear-proof cooler, you'll be looking at an Esky or Pelican or Yeti (and you'll be spending $500 more than THIS ONE, for that bear-proof/drop-proof functionality...and they will barely keep things colder longer than this Coleman). And who wants to have to undo two latches to get another beer, anyway? Nobody.7) the sloped drain channel means you don't have to tilt the cooler to get it drained (but keep ice water in to keep maximum cold - read the instructions that come with it to hear Coleman say it in their own words). Drain is threaded, which means with the included shut-off valve (zinc), you can hook up a foot or 6' of hose and drain it without moving the cooler.8) the handles are nice and grippy, and VERY sturdy. No doubt they will last a very, very long time.Get one; you won't be disappointed!

Looks like a nice cooler
Looks like a nice cooler. Comes with divider and tray, which is uncommon in sub $100 coolers. Insulation was much thicker than a Coleman xtreme 5 day. However, cooler was badly damaged in transit. Sides of the cooler were torn apart at the handles and handles were broken - potentially indicating poor build quality and thin outer shell. Item was returned and was not repurchased.

Normal cooler.
A normal Coleman cooler. Won't keep anything cold for 6 days. I put 40lbs of ice in this at 5pm one day. By midnight I had lost at least 10lbs - 15lbs of ice without touching it for those hours.

A Very Good Cooler For The Price
This is not a $400 roto-molded cooler; it's current price is on Amazon is as low as $76.20 and it's probably not bear proof. That being said, I'm very happy with the performance of this cooler. I bought it for a trip where it stayed in the back of our SUV for 3 days during daily temps of 60-70 degrees filled to capacity with meat and 20 lbs of ice. At the end of the three days, most of the ice was left, the meat was still cold and items that were packed as frozen were still frozen. Although plastic hinges were shown on the pictures displayed on Amazon, our unit came with stainless steel hinges which I believe will last much longer. Also, the cover has a thin cable attached to the body of the cooler (not a spring) which keeps the cover from opening greater than 90 degrees--also a good feature.Bottom line: It's cheap, it works, I'm glad I bought it.

Bad Coleman Cooler - Cheaply Made Handles
After lots of research I had high hopes for this cooler. Unfortunately, Coleman let me down. The cheap plastic handle was broken when the box arrived. Can't use cooler at all. The way Coleman packages their products is ridiculous - no protection at all. Also, the fact that a $90 cooler can't be engineered with stronger handles (think metal, not plastic parts Coleman engineers) is beyond stupid. Will send back this cooler and search for a more dependable cooler manufacturer. No comment on how well it actually keeps things cool as I can't even use it.

Great cooler - really holds ice
The cooler came undamaged (That was our concern given other reviews) and ready to use. Due to its thick insulation, the inside is not as large as one might think given it's outside dimensions. I would say it is only slightly larger in capacity to our previous 65 quart model that had much thinner insulation. It has performed well in 3 days of extreme heat (115 daytime and 95 overnight) with plenty of ice left. In cooler weather it will easily last the 6 days advertised. For the money, I would highly recommend this cooler and cannot imagine a Yeti doing much better.

Good product
Haven't tested it yet but it seems like a very good quality product. Thick walls. Seems it will last. Divider, tray, s/s hinges and cord are good features. Excellent price thru Amazon!
