Exercise bands

Great quality and exactly what I expected! These resistance bands arrived right on time and were packaged really nicely. The quality is solid — they feel durable, stretch smoothly, and don’t have that cheap, thin feel some bands have. They’re perfect for home workouts and offer a good range of resistance levels. Overall, exactly what I was hoping for and a great value.

Excellent set of resistance bands for strength training and mobility work. The different resistance levels make it easy to progress or modify exercises. The bands feel durable and maintain good tension throughout movements. They’re great for warm-ups, full workouts, or adding resistance to bodyweight exercises. Very versatile and a great addition to any home or gym routine.

These bands are great quality and come with a nice range of resistance levels. I use them for leg workouts, glutes, and even stretching. They don’t roll up or snap like some cheaper bands I’ve tried before. Super easy to use and perfect if you don’t want bulky gym equipment at home. Great value for the price!

I do this for lower body exercises and it does the job fine. I do clamshells and leg stretches etc using the band. The bands are elastic and have withstood the repetitive force well. They are cheap and they do not smell. Also color coding makes it easier to pick the one I need. These are all good. However, except for the black one (the maximum strength one), I did not get any value at all. I either use the black one or do not use at all. The lower levels are literally too weak to generate any resistance. Unless you are recovering from an injury or it is for a child, there is really no point having the others. This is all I can say.

I was looking at getting resistance bands to help with my workout and went to a sporting good store to purchase them. The price was way more than I wanted to spend. I found these on amazon for a fraction of the cost. They are a very nice set of resistance bands. I like that they came in a bag so they can be stored easily. They are on the thin side, and the length is perfect for my workouts. I did not notice any type of smell. They work well and can easily be rolled and put back up. Very pleased overall. For the price they are perfect!

Great quality, the carry bag is a plus keeps the bands in one place. Love the colors, each is labeled properly according to their resistance. Great value for the money.

Each band provides a different resistance. As progress improves you can go up a strength, or use for multiple body parts. The color coordination is easy to determine the strength. They are of good quality and they come with a convenient mesh pouch.

They get the job done!!
