OxyOne for Detox – Powerful All Natural Oxygen-Based Colon Cleanser (Oxy Magnesium Powder) for Cleanse + Detox - 180 caps

Everything I wrote below is still true, but I went back on this brand when I started running out of Mag07. I previously disliked it and had almost a full bottle left. I am finding now that I like it just as much. It does take an extra pill and the wait time is longer, but I think I may actually prefer that. There's no running to the bathroom trying not to soil myself lol. It's less urgent, but still works great. I also pass a lot less water with this stuff. It also seems to work into the next day. Honestly after using this brand, the Mag07 seems to work differently and I don't like it as much. Something may have changed with my body after finally getting cleared out. MY IBS SYMPTOMS COMPLETELY VANISHED after using this type of cleanser. I've been using Mag07 for a year or so. I absolutely love that stuff, but it's $10 more. I don't hate this brand, but it's definitely not as good for me. The one good thing people may appreciate about this brand is the lack of extreme urgency. But Mag07 takes fewer pills and cleans me out quicker. This stuff definitely works, but is more subtle and takes more pills to be subtle. 3-4 of Mag07 and it all comes out within an hour of waking up. 5-6 of these and it takes a couple hours of back of forth, less urgent trips. Also Mag07 seems to work all day til about 3pm and I can skip a day or two after using it.

Typically I read the proprietary blend in all supplements I buy, and I'm biased towards one's with a bit more ingredients involved for several different factors. When I found there are only 2 ingredients in these pills I was a bit skeptical, but I read the reviews and decided to try these out - and boy I'm glad I did. The doses start at 4 pills then bump up two more a night until results begin to show. After the first night of taking 4 pills I didn't notice much at all. The second night I bumped it up to 6 and the following day I had at minimum 3 bowel movements. Now, at this time i had assessed my tolerance and kept it at 6. The awesome thing about these pills is that I didn't have uncrolled BMs, though they were frequent and large. *note I was drinking up to 1 gal of water a day while on these pills. The more water the better - I typically drink this much water to begin with. Long story short, my bloat went down and disappeared completely once I was done with the cycle. This product is well worth the price, and works fantastic! Highly recommend this to anyone!

I have been detoxing for 21 days and have not been having bowl movements as much. I assumed because I am only eating detox soup once a day with 1 berry drink in the morning and several green drinks throughout the day. I was taking a total cleanse and bowl movements was minimal. I tried this last night and man!! This morning I have had three huge bowl movements before 10:00am!! I did not have cramping or pain!! I am impressed with the outcome so far. This is part of a gallbladder and liver cleanse I am doing which requires me to do this step first. I am getting my first colonic Friday so I believe I will be good. I feel lighter and my stomach feels so much better. I know this is only the first day but I am a believer in this product!!

Deserves at least 4 stars for doing its job (colon cleansing and preventing constipation) but it's kind of harsh on the stomach and shouldn't be taken without breaks in between I don't think. And 1 of these pills a night is plenty enough to keep me regular, and also make my stomach hurt after so many continuous days. Then again I also take 400 mg of another magnesium supplement everyday so maybe why this is the case for me.

I am on day 3 of taking these pills. *Warning TMI* I took 4 pills night 1 before bed. No cramping at all and by early morning 5-6 AM my stomach was actively gurgling and I had diarrhea but still only 2/3 movements that day. I suffer from severe constipation (IBS) and was expecting more, so I took 5 pills that night (recommended unless you have 3-5 movements in a day). Morning 2, same experience except I slept a little later, 6:30 AM. Last night I took 4 pills, and this morning was actually a little less but completely liquid diarrhea. Each morning, the intense urgency to go was gone by 9 AM. I have never done a colon cleanse before and did expect it to go this way after reading reviews. I have been drinking 100+ ounces of water per day and will continue the high amount of pills the full 5 days. What I will say is that I am SO much less bloated and down 3 pounds of 'crap' so far. Will update after full 2 weeks of maintenance dosage.

Since having ileostomy reversal surgery four months ago, my colon is not as efficient as it once was, so I tend to become constipated if I don't take something every two or three days to keep things moving. Laxatives are not suitable for regular long-term use, but Ozonated Magnesium Oxides are a safe alternative unless prohibited due to a medical condition or incompatibility with certain medications. Check with your doctor. I tried Oxy-Powder and was entirely satisfied with it, except that the capsules are unusually large, so they're a little difficult to swallow. I like MagixLabs OxyOne better. It has the same ingredients and produces the same results for me with the same number of capsules per dose, but these capsules are smaller, so they go down easier. And OxyOne is $29.97 for 180 capsules. You only get 60 capsules of Oxy-Powder for $29.95.

Love these. I take two every night! I will say though, ONLY take these on an empty stomach. I typically eat an early dinner (around 4ish) and take two of these pills around 9pm. I’ve found if you eat too close to taking these, you’ll wake up in the middle of the night with unpleasant stomach cramps and incomplete BM in the morning. So...I repeat....take on an empty stomach!
