works well... once I followed directions. typical guy. just got it and took a couple.. nothing. next day same thing. then I followed directions and took 1 pill an hour before bed. the next morning it was working :)

Best laxatives I’ve found
These are the best laxatives to take because they are all natural. I take 2 capsules at night which are easy to take and I wake up with a great release. No cramping no waking me up at night

It’s good and doesn’t leave discomfort overnight
Works ok…sometimes it seems I need to use more than shown but overall works and helps decrease the bloat mess the following day. Great pill size and comes with a good amount…I would say it’s perfect when traveling especially for those who experience constipation due to travel.
