I like this product, but I would not recommend it to "advanced" cooks. It really doesn't save you as much time as you'd think (if you know how to use a knife well). I can probably chop a dozen carrots faster than I could cut them with this knife.. but then again, there's probably a learning curve with speed here. I mainly love this product for its versatility. I feel like I could do so many things at once. Taking it apart and reassembling it is not as easy as I had hoped. I mean, it definitely isn't difficult, but I don't like fumbling with the spring. The spring has to be taken off of a knob on each arm of the scissors for the device to come apart. I don't see a way to circumvent this design, though, so I will just deal with it - not that big of a deal. As always, watching the infomercial advertisements where people seem to be failing at life is pretty funny... so that's a plus.

What a handy and multipurpose tool! I have always wanted a product like this. It's very easy to use, easy to clean and easy to store. Compact design. Secure lock. Even though you can take knife out to peel the vegetables, I prefer it attached while peeling, makes it much more easier for me, it's just a personal preference. It looks and works like scissors but cuts with ease. It has bottle opener too so that's a plus and I like the red and black color too. Overall a good buy.

Very well made fits in you're hand.it's like using a knife and a pair of sissors. Easy to use and looks great I would recommend it to anyone who likes to cook.

I have been wanting of these forever, after watching an as seen on TV commercial late one night, so when I came across this version I jumped on it. I will see that reading the description I initially thought it also included a cutting board. Since receiving the product I realized there is a miniature cutting board attached to the cutter.This device is supposed to 6 devices in 1 (scissors, food chopper, slicing food attachment, built in knife sharpener, cutting board, and knife), however, I haven't quite figured out how to use them all yet. It would be beneficial for a little instruction book to be included that tells you how to use all of the features. For example, in the pictures it appears you are able to take this device apart to use the different features, however I am not quite sure how you do that.The blades are really sharp and cut through items with ease. I also love the item is dishwasher safe, which makes clean up a breeze! So glad I finally decided to get one of these :)

I found a new use for my Clever Cutter: chopping rhubarb! It's just the best. Snip of the leaf and the end, wash and then snip into the pan to make sauce our in a tray to freeze. This us just the handiest tool!

I hate it. First time I used it. it wouldn't cut the peppers or onions. What good is it?
