Contact the company if you have issues!
*REVIEW EDIT 01/10/18 After reading other negative reviews, I contacted the company. Received the replacement today. This worked well for about two months. Then, side B quit working. Last night the entire thing died. Tried changing out batteries, cords, etc. Nothing fixed the problem. Since it's a very short life span, I thought people should know before they spend money they may not get back.

Awesome product
Great product with fairly written instructions. Like the fact that it uses double A batteries rather than a 9 volt battery.

I prefer the TENS 7000
[Edit: 3/7/18 -- After using the Doneco a few more days I'm raising my rating to four stars. Overall, I stand by my original review, but I'm finding a bit more value in the programmed patterns, combined with the extra electrodes. I'm glad to have different units for variety, but if I had to choose one I'd still stick with the TENS 7000, which, for me, is more therapeutic, more controllable, and less frustrating.]The Doneco is just okay. Not powerful enough (I immediately set it to the highest levels on all programs, and never felt it was quite strong enough). Frustrating to operate, mainly because you can't try another option without starting the program from scratch -- and you have to click 10 or so clicks per channel (20 clicks total) to bring the intensity up to high, where you'll want it (it defaults to 0 whenever you have to start a program).I much prefer my old TENS 7000. It looks more old-fashioned, but it was thoughtfully designed, and is significantly more powerful, even compared to when you're only using two pairs of electrodes on the Doneco. For me, using four pairs is just two many wires and placements to manage, so I will rarely use the double capability of the Doneco (doing so does cut the already weak power in half). The Doneco might have a few programmed patterns that the TENS doesn't, but they're kind of a gimmick. Typically I'm not looking for cutesy little rhythm samples. I much prefer the ability to fine-tune parameters, as the TENS allows. I wanted to try the fancier-looking Doneco because I needed a new set of leads for my TENS, and I thought I'd see what was out there for a similar price in the process. FYI, the female pins that connect to the base unit do seem to fit the TENS, but the pins to the pads I already had (lots of them) are pretty loose. Maybe I'll try taping them on. I'm going to keep the Doneco and its leads, mainly as a backup.

Good Product and it performs very well
Product works as expected. The layout of the remote and design looks good and is user friendly. Quality looks really good, nice construction. Is myFirst electronic pulse massager and it does the job. You can program 10 or 20 min session. Power is good in my opinion and the sticky patches are comfortable.

Perfect!
Exactly what I was looking for. Purchased primarily to exercise atrophied muscles due to disability and severe restrictions on what types of exercises and movements I can do. 8 pads allow me to exercise entire muscle groups evenly. I can use this while sitting in my wheelchair or lying in bed as often as needed. I do recommend getting rechargeable batteries if used often or the way I do, to save on the cost of batteries.

Packs a punch!
Works as described. I have cranked up intensity and can't handle the top settings. This small unit packs a punch and has a great range of power, speed, and intensity. I particularly like the preset modes for back, neck, and legs. I can quickly attach the leads and get in 20 mins of stim treatment at home!!! There is an "A" and "B" side which is nice to be able to set the A side for one area like my back and the B side for my neck or feet.

Is this a lemon?
I'm returning mine. All the other reviews seem ok so maybe mine is just defective and I should order another ??? My problems. There are 9 different body part function programs. I saw no difference in any of them. So ? Also the unit seemed to freeze up often. Also - the B side didn't work at all. Help! Should I order another one?
