I purchased an iSpring wall mounted three stage (canister) whole house water filtration system several years ago to replace a dual tank floor mounted system that took up too much room and did not back flush properly and could not deliver quality water results. The iSpring system takes up very little wall space and maintenance is easy, simply changing the three filters yearly based on our water usage. Customer service was great with Nick giving me sound advice regarding installation. A couple of years later he gave me good advice as to the use a heat gun to loosen tanks when I had overtightened two canisters. I recently learned that Nick is still providing customer service when I had a question regarding an order for replacement filters. We are serviced by a small water utility company which has pure water, but the water has high levels of sand and sometimes high levels of chlorine. The 5-micron sediment filter removes most of the sand and two CTO carbon block filters do a great job removing chlorine and any remaining sand. We do experience water line breakage occasionally which can introduce large amounts of sediment into the lines which is a health hazard and can damage water heaters, dish washers, and washing machines leading to premature failure. This is another reason to install a whole house system instead of point of source filters for sinks and lavatories. I do find the iSpring replacement filters high quality and reasonably priced particularly when purchased in cases of four like my recent order. Merlin

We have a four-stage filtration system on our well with this in the middle (between a 50 micron spin-down filter and a 0.5 micron filter that gets the tiny silt this one won't get (and a heavy metal filter in the fourth stage). These things last a long time, and the water is delicious. Easy to install and fits perfectly in our iSpring filter housing.

Fit just right easy to change. I don't like soft water like most people but this gave soft water for the first 300 gallons or so then back to great filtered water.

I buy one of these every year for our whole house water filter. We got our water tested for the first time in years and indeed, there is no iron in our water. Well done!

Buy one every few months makes water pressure better and removes almost all the iron from water for laundry and dishes.

Après avoir creusé mon puits artésien, j'ai été déçu de cette odeur présente. Le sulfure d'hydrogène à noirci mon anode en magnésium du réservoir à eau chaude. J'ai corrigé cela en remplaçant l'anode de mon chauffe-eau Rheem par une anode Corro-Stop et ça fonctionné. L'eau froide restait un problème. Quand j'ai finalement trouvé ce filtre j'ai été très sceptique mais j'avais pas envi de payer une fortune pour éliminer le problème. J'ai acheté le système à trois filtres de iSpring. Le premier pour les sédiments, le 2e pour le sulfure d'hydrogène et autres pesticide et le 3e pour la filtration au charbon. En plus d'une bonne filtration je n'ai plus aucune odeur d'oeufs pourris. Plus que satisfait. Ajout au 18 décembre 2022. L'odeur d'oeufs pourris est réapparue après 6 mois. Ça dépend de chaque puits. Après remplacement, tout est revenu comme avant, sans aucune odeur. Donc 2 filtres FG25B-KS par année dans mon cas.

We have had a three-filter system for four years. Our main problem was iron and manganese. We use two iron/manganese filters and one sediment filter. It works like a charm! Filters are getting more expensive (moreso here in Canada), so this might be a factor in our decision to continue with this system or to go with a 'back wash' system at a later date. Other than the increasing cost of filters, I HIGHLY recommend iSpring.

Buying lots of water filters can be costly but get the high capacity is worth it and lasts longer. System works without issues and im glad i go it from Amazon as price is much better.
