Price and availability.
Easy to read instructions, all hardwares included, just have to snug tight nuts and bolts to make sure it is perfectly fitted and re tightened. Looks great and sounds a lot better.

The bracket that bolts to your valve cover will eventually break!
Only have maybe put 5,000 miles on and the bracket broke that bolts to the valve cover will be satisfied if I get a new bracket!
