OUTSTANDING!
Here's the thing, I have wet macular degeneration in my left eye, so I am constantly looking for ways to protect my vision in my right eye. I take a lot of supplements so I can never say exactly which one of them helped, most of the time I can't tell if any of them helped.However, two months ago, I added this Swanson Zeaxanthin and organic Goji Berry Powder (Micro Ingredients brand) to my usual "Macuguard with Saffron and Astaxanthin". Over the last month my vision has really noticeably improved. I'm noticing red lights on cars are a lot more deep red, I'm noticing I can read street signs that I could not read from the same distance away two months ago. I'm also noticing the blurry eyes I used to get every day around 5:00 don't show up until around 10:00 now!I can't say if its the Zeaxanthin or the Goji Berry Powder (I've read where Goji Berry Powder helps a body absorb Zeaxanthin), but I have to believe its one of them! I re-orded yesterday!

Supposed to be good for vision
Supposed to be good for vision. I don't know, I'm still wearing reading glasses.But I started having dry eyes, especially when waking up in the morning. It was going on for months. I figured I'd get a bottle of Xezantron, and after taking the first gelcap at bedtime, I woke up without dry eyes.I'm about halfway through the bottle. The dry eye problem is about 50% better.I would double the dose and aim for 100% better, but the bottle says to take 1 per day, and I don't really know what I'm doing by taking these Xexzena caps, so I'd better not.
