Great support spray
This is a great multivitamin support spray. In my opinion, it is much easier to spray a few times and under your tongue than to chew or swallow a tablet to get your daily vitamin needs.This is where the spray really comes into its own. It’s dead handy to keep in a rucksack or bag to take out with you. It is also fantastic that it is a vegan product, exactly what I was looking for.The only thing I didn’t like was the aftertaste. For this reason, I’ll give it a 4/5.I hope this review was helpful for you, thank you for reading it.

Nice flavour, good combination of vitamins and iron.
I am not a vegan but lately I have been very restricted on what I can eat due to gall stones in the bile duct, potatoes and green beans seem to be the only things that don’t cause pain, so I am not getting the appropriate vitamins etc from my food alone.This is the perfect supplement for me as I have been feeling very tired and sluggish of late, doing little during the day then falling asleep on the settee of an evening.I know I am low in iron as the doctor prescribed iron tablets last month, but I cannot take them due to side effects. I am very relieved that I do not get any side effect from this spray. As well as iron this also contains iodine, that is a fantastic thyroid helper. You also get vitamins D3 and B12, bot which are fantastic to help fight low energy, I’m not getting any vitamin D from the sun right now.The spray is easy to use, just take 4 sprays with or without food. The container is easy to pop into your bag if you are going away. At £10.99 for 60 servings it is good value.

Taste us yucky
When I ordered it I was expected and I waited almost about month to get it delivered although I don’t have problem with late delivery but when I used it ..oh noooo what is yucky taste ,it was like vomit ,so I tried it 2nd time if my tastebuds get used to it but no way ..the same dirty filthy taste makes me feel more bad .

Not sure about the flavour
I know that spray vitamins and supplements are better absorbed by the body so I thought I'd try this supplement.It states the flavour is orange but I found it had a hint of orange followed by a really yukky taste. It made me gag.I am sure this is a great supplement but the flavour puts me off big time - sorry .

Reasonable but the taste …..
I can’t comment on absorbency as I’ve only been using it for a few weeks as a substitute for my usual brand which was unavailable. However, the flavour is pretty yucky, overly sickly and very artificial tasting. On this alone, I won’t be buying again.

Odd flavour but good idea for a product.
I've never considered vitamin sprays before and think they're a great idea! I'm not much of a fan of taking tablets so this removes that problem entirely.Being a vegan product is a bonus as it's sometimes difficult to ensure you're getting all the right nutrients from a variety of food sources.I found the flavour to be quite mild but my partner thought it was horrible and very strong - like really strong juice concentrate that hadn't been diluted.

Great for vegans, and non-vegans
This spray is great for vegans who tend to be low on iron, but lots of us are low on iron, unfortunately.Iron deficiency can cause lethargy, depression and fatigue, so upping your intake is important.The liquid itself is easy to administer - just shake the bottle, then spray it 4 times into your mouth (under the tongue is ideal so your body absorbs it quicker) and tastes of orange, which is nice.It also contains iodine and Vitamins D3 and B12, so it will be doing all sorts of wonderful things for you.At the time of writing, it's £10.99 which is good for a couple of months - brill.

So easy to take but not a great taste
A quick and easy way to take in your daily vitamins.Tailored especially to a vegan diet which may be lacking in certain vitamins and minerals and this sprays can pick up that slack for you.While it does have a orange flavouring there was an overall unpleasant taste that I couldn’t get past.I had to immediately take a another drink to mask the flavour..other then the taste it is very use to take, just four sprays under the tongue and your done for the day.Would recommend this method of taking supplements to anyone who struggles swallowing pill.
