Very nice, Well made, retro design

I appreciate that the shelves have a separated compartment for each compact cassette (could we adopt the "CC" shorthand, like CD?) and the dividers are an integrated part of the whole unit. As a result, the whole rack feels solid, but you can't increase the gap in between shelves if perhaps you were hoping to store something larger in dimensions than CCs.While it's not as storage-plentiful as the rotating rack I saw while comparison shopping, it has more versatility. You can utilize this horizontally if that makes more sense for your setup, and it provides a wide surface where you could stack another on top, or display other things.The price is a bit much for the amount of actual storage/display area you are getting here, but it meets my specific needs and doesn't need to be painted, or have hardware replaced to blend with its environment. I even ordered another, but this is very much not the best bang-for-your-buck option if you're planning to display a lot of compact cassettes. It does keep them all easily accessible, and each cassette is supported individually rather than leaning on each other, or falling over if you haven't filled up the whole thing.It isn't pre-drilled if that's a problem in your mind, but could certainly be wall mounted above a desk or whatever you're looking for.If you ever need to pack them away, seems you could stack them nicely inside storage bins without disrupting the collection.If you ever change up your space, they are paintable. I hope some of this helped you decide if this is the shelving unit for you.

The build quality is exactly what I wanted - looks like it was hand made. Great finish, very happy with this product.

I've been searching for a storage unit for my cassettes and when I discovered this, I had to get it! Now that it has finally arrived, it stores my cassettes beautifully! It's a little smaller than I imagined it would be but I think that's actually a plus. I would highly recommend any cassette fan to get this. It's perfect!
