Works great! So thankful!
My son was unfortunately attacked by a dog and his face was really messed up. Even after a night of putting the tape on his scar I saw a difference in the morning! I LOVE this tape! SO thankful I found this! Thank you!

Best Silicone tape
I'm 4 weeks post panniculectomy/brachialplasty. I purchased a brand from my surgeon office $115 & they wouldn't stick to my skin. No matter what I did they would slide off. These are great!! Stick really good.

Comfortalble but doesn't say on
Unfortunately, this doesn't stay on like I need it to. This tape is comfortable and a good translucent color. The color is great because it mimics natural skin and is transparent enough to let my natural color show through. It is not invisible on my pale skin, but blends in better than many others I've tried.Personally, I like that this tape has a bit of stretch and softness to it. It makes it more comfortable, and conforms better to curves. If you are trying to use the tape to flatten skin, it might be too flexible for you. There are stiffer options out there, possibly not marketed as cica tape. I like the comfort and flex, and think it is less noticeable.I have very very sensitive skin. This did not cause any irritation or redness that I noticed.I used it to cover over medication patches, but unfortunately, this seems to cause them to come off. Twice in a row, I've woken up to find them in my sheets rolled up. Granted, the patches get some friction from my clothing, etc, but they stayed on better without this tape. I have also recently tried another silicone tape that worked better but had an unfavorable blue color, and left my skin looking a bit red.Unfortunately I will return this and I hope to find one with a similar look and feel but better adhesion. I think this will work for some people, depending on your needs. The price was great.

Helps with scars
It reduced a tiny dog ear on a surgical scar to almost nothing!

Actually seems to work
I've been using this for a few weeks now, about every other night before bed. It sticks nicely and I barely notice it. The scar seems to be lightening. My only complaint is that the tape is very obvious. I have ivory-toned skin, and this tape doesn't blend with me. I can only imagine how it would stand out on darker skin tones. I suggest you do like I do and wear it at night.

About 1.5-inch wide tape, perforated but easy to cut down for small scars
ITEM: ValleyLux Silicone Scar Tape – 1.6” x 60.0”PRICE: $11.89 per roll – (12.4 cents/square inch) versus (1.6” x 120” rolls at 8.9 cents/sq. inch)Ironically, I had just visited my dermatologist to have stitches removed from what was an outpatient procedure a few weeks prior. I had a removal of a small item near the front of my neck and off to the side a bit. So it isn’t very visible unless I’m shirtless or with two top buttons open. After I had the stitches removed I asked the attending nurse what she knew about ‘silicone tape.’ She shared that their office recommends the use of the tape, but didn’t mention any brands. After the stitches were removed, the scar area actually looked much better than when the stitches were in. But I understood how the tape would work, and started using it.The first day I went to apply the tape from PEPHUCA, with the box labeled ValleyLux, I realized that the tape had perforations. And luckily, the tape length between perfs was perfect for the small scar. Also, after tearing off the perf’d section, I found I could also cut that into two separate bandaids. The size was perfect. I use one fresh bandaid per day; no saving and reusing. BTW, the adhesive is strong enough to keep this bandaid type product on all day. And on my fair complexion, I could barely see the product on my neck. I was very impressed. On the first day, I’d recommend only wearing the tape for a few hours. I wore it for longer, maybe 8 hours. And after removal, I noted the area was a bit irritated. The instructions, as I remembered, cautioned about wearing it for a shorter period. Probably it was to let the skin acclimate to the tape. (?) Bottom line, the following days I wore it from morning until early evening. And I have to admit that the scar, while very ‘low level’, thanks to the doctor’s stitching skills, was even more flattened by the use of the tape. That’s my opinion. My only caution about this or any other tape is that I couldn’t find ‘direct reference’ to approval by the FDA anywhere on the tape or box. It was certainly inferred on the vendor’s page, but never directly shared certifiable endorsements or approvals. I did see the term ‘medical grade silicone tape’ on the vendor’s page. Bottom line, with only initial irritation, I felt it was safe to use.
