I would say this is a fun craft for ages 10 and up. My 11-year-old needed help doing the wiring the proper way. He initially twisted the wire together which would work but had a hard time using the springs to make the connections. The wiring is not complicated with six pieces to fit on the circuit board. The voice disguiser consists of a variable resistor that speeds up or slows down the recorded sound. It is interesting craft and if you read the instruction booklet to your child they will understand the science.

This is really more so a cool project/challenge for your kids to put together than it is a spy tool - voice changer... It kinda works but is cheesy. Kids toy mostly lol. Get it as gift for your lil ones.
