Virginia Diner - Gourmet Natural Jumbo Salted Cashews, 18 Ounce Tin

I threw them out
I decided to try a "Gourmet" cashew and did a blind taste test with my wife and daughter on Thanksgiving. Costco, Planters and Virginia Diner. Sadly, Virginia Diner was last by unanimous consent. I would say maybe it was stale, but the date on the can was 2022, so it must have been pretty fresh. Maybe there are some cans that taste amazing, but I wouldn't buy another to find out. I bought one at a premium price and it was not a tasty nut. Lesson learned. The nuts were large, but poor flavor trumps that and I didn't think they were worth eating so I threw them out.

What a joke
These are advertised as jumbo cashews I have seen much larger in the "small bin" This is a gross mischaracterization of the product

Inconsistent taste
I liked the first can I received so much that I ordered two more but these don’t taste the same. They taste raw or something . Bland. I tried, but I can’t return them. At 29 dollars a can, the seller should stand behind the product. Now I am stuck with sixty dollars worth of cashews that I can not eat.

Great Cashews!
These cashews are delicious. I was so tired of purchasing less-expensive store-bought brands and ending up disappointed. These cashews are tasty with a touch of salt. (You get what you pay for!)I will certainly be purchasing more in the future.
