Excellent product. I've been using it for many years and haven't changed it. It contains many vitamins and minerals that are very important for men.

Good B complex supplement, the brand suggests other kind of super benefits but in reality is only a B complex supplement overall is a good and complete one and help to recover some of your dead horses :) Good value for the money and help with your low energy levels and mood no taste at all if you swallow the tablets quickly.

Perhaps the name might make people think this is a Male Sexual Enhancement suppliment, but it's really just an Ok multi-vitamin geared toward men_ I say just 'Ok' because it could be better, but it does give you a decent dose of B Vitamins along with some more exotic goodies I took Super Macho as my multi-vitamin when I first got into supplimental nutrition_ With the other specialty suppliments I was adding and taking I still needed a Once-a-Day Men's Multi-Vitamin that was decently well rounded to boost my basic vitamins and I went with Super Macho until I could study around and find the best Multi for myself I don't take SM now, as I have found my Eureka Multi, but I do recommend it if you are just starting out, getting into supplimental nutrition_ It boosts your fundamendamental stuff while offering some extra While you search and study about other Multi's and ingredients and supplimental choices which may be tailored more specifically for yourself - Super Macho will do you good as a basic Men's Multi For those that don't wanna get all into suppliments too much but just want a decent all around men's multi... then SM can fill that void
