Quality Liposomal Vit C
I like to take vitamin C especially in the cold & sniffles season, but of course the docs all say that it's an antioxidant and good for you all year round. That's something which is really difficult to quantify (whether something is doing us good or not) but I can say that these arrived in perfect condition, they are Liposomal which means that they get past your stomach acid and so get more absorbed by the body. I've noticed no bad effects and if the deal is still the same when they run out I'll be buying more.

Efficient soft gel capsules (1000mg each)
Vitamin C is a must, without question; I've been taking 1000mg a day for years and I'm in good health most of the time. I have tried dozens of products; this one is a soft gel capsule, which I find rare in Vit C; they are usually gelatine capsules or hard tablets. Soft gel is the easiest to swallow, so far so good. It says 2000mg, but that only applies if you take two of them, so basically it is a 1000mg product. Lot number and best before date are clearly shown on the box.

Good supplement, few fillers.
An excellent supplement for immune support, metabolism and general health. Liposomal formulation means it will be far better absorbed than its counterparts. Softgels are easy to swallow. No bad taste. The vitamin D doesn't add much at such a small dose. If you want to take Vitamin D, you want a higher dose. Very few fillers. It's a largish softgel, still easy for me to swallow.

The liposomal delivery system enhances absorption, making it more effective than traditional vitamin C supplements. The softgels are easy to swallow and I had not after effects after ingesting them. The addition of Vitamin D3 provides added benefits for bone health and immune function. At the time of writing the current price point of £19.99 for a 30-day supply is a bit pricier when compared with some competitors but being a Liposomal supplement probably accounts for the extra cost and in my opinion makes it worth it.
