I had high hopes for this product. I was excited to install and try it but unfortunately it is impossible to open the cartridge head! As instructed in the manual it came with, step 1 before installation is to open it and remove the packaging on the inner filter. But... It is sealed shut!! I tried everything and it won't budge. Maybe I have a defective pièce but either way I'm returning this product.

I liked the fast delivery, easy attachement, and the fact that the product is sturdy. I could feel the difference in washing my hair the first time I tried it. The hair is soft and not at all sticky/dry.

Coming from New Zealand where we don't have hard water, my hair never felt clean and my skin was drying out. Also bought a clarifying shampoo and conditioner which would have helped, but would recommend this product as a cheaper alternative to the likes of Jolie, Afina etc Main downside is shower pressure is affected, which is only really annoying when washing my hair, but nothing so drastic that I can't remove product efficiently.

Fantastic shower filter, so easy to install and has lasted 6 months now and the water pressure is still great - no idea why Philips discontinued these!

This is made of cheap plastic. No where in description they mentioned it. Product description says material is iron. Returning order. Gave 5* so the review is on the top and reachable.

Facile à installer

Bought this to cure hardness in water of Gurgaon but this didn't work at all, The TDS remained exactly same despite using this device.

The unit I purchased was useless. It was screwed together so tightly I couldn't open it to remove the plastic cover on the filter or the plug at the bottom. There isn't even any stock left so I can't even get a replacement.
