First time every I have nails that are strong and beautiful and my hair is full and healthy
My girlfriend of 30 years had beautiful hair when prior it was dry and broken. We are both in our late 50s and she told myself and my husband this supplement helped her hair and nails. We got it and have been on it for a month. My fingernails NEVER had grown. I now have strong thick nails and I garden and am HARD on my nails. My hair is fine and now I have more. Just all around a good supplement. My husband a lot taking it due to hair loss. No feed back on his yet.I am now adding to my daily supplement. Very highly recommend

I've been taking this for years. I've always had strong hair and nails so I can't I got that from this. I supplement with it for bone strength too. This is a product that I can imagine is hard to sell in some ways because you don't 'feel it', at least in the fitness industry where we love preworkout! Ha!

Be patient
So I had this delivered today and Im so excited to try it, I read many reviews about it , and the majority says that it’s very useful, I was also told to take 2 capsules per day within 12 hours of difference which is why i decided to follow up with my review a month later to tell you guys about my experience, currently I have very thin hair and REALLY bad nails, hopefully this thing can help me with that! I’ll keep y’all updated!!

MIRACLE FOR NAILS
This thing is a miracle. I had the worst nails for years, they were thin (almost like skin) and never grew long because they'd break all the time and i'd have layers that would peal off. I've been taking biosil twice a day for the past 2 weeks and my nails are getting so strong. The layers are gone and they are growing!! I'm so happyI haven't seen a difference on my skin or hair yet but my main issue was my nails either wayI really recommand this

Nothing noticed
Product gave me bloat and gas 😜. Stopped using. Everything is not for everyone. I heard fabulous things about it. Good luck.
