I struggle with lower back pain and sciatica, and this massage ball has been a game-changer for relieving my pain and pressure. I used it by lying on a mat, placing the ball under the painful area, and slowly moving side to side. The ball is firm, so I recommend starting gently, but the size is perfect for targeting the right spots. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with similar issues!

Very well made. Love the rubber coating. If you find it too painful to begin using (lying on a hard floor), you can try using it on a softer surface (bed, foam mat). I was very sore after the first use, but this was evidence it really helped dig into knots and break up fascia! Never had that much soreness in subsequent use, so this tells me it’s helping break up knots and fascia! Good value, well made. Glad I bought this!

For those who are looking for something a bit softer, like I was, this product has basically no give what so ever. The knobs that stick out of the ball are almost rock firm with no give to speak of, not too far from a bowling ball. That being said, it is a quality product and has no issues.

I expected it to be bigger.

I was unaware of the potential for this unassuming little things until about a year ago when I was complaining about my neck/shoulders and my cousin produced something similar to this. After about 5 mins of him demonstrating the various utilizations of the "magic peanut" (as he called it), I didn't return it to him for 3 months and used it every single day! From neck to butt and forearms to feet this is the tool you need for recovery and myofascial tension release. I sleep better, my hands don't tingle as much, greater range of motion in my neck/shoulders, legs don't start to fall asleep on the toilet... and I've almost achieved full spinal delineation. My cousin's didn't have the little nubs on it which makes this one even better than his was in that it allows more "grabbing" to help release knots. Jack would have traded his magic beans for this thing!

The item is too hard. Very uncomfortable to use.

I had an achilles tendon repair. The Dr. Wanted me to do scar therapy. I thought he meant where the stitches were and I didn't care about thay. That isn't what he meant. I was told to massage it. That was just weird. I saw this product and thought it would wound be easy to roll back and forth on the back of my heel. That it did. I can't say it's doing well at scar therapy as I'm not a Dr. I can say it's also been wonderful for upper back pain to have it roll with it up and down a wall My neck too. The longer you have it, the more you'll figure out what it's great for! A lot of things!

Perfect size for pushing pain out from the neck. A little tricky lying and rolling on this due to it being so small and close to the ground. Once grasped how to do this the product deeply works on the muscles. I use a yoga wheel daily to help ease my tight muscles although it struggled to release my neck pain. This item is perfect for releasing tight built up muscle tension.

I was immediately impressed with this item upon opening. It seems pretty solid and heavy. I think it can take and give a lot of punishment. Perfect for rolling quads and releasing my back and feet with the little knobs.
