ممتاز للتعايش مع الم وتر اكيلس .. ولكن يجب أن يتم تركيبه بطريقة صحيحة أن يكون الحجم الكبير إلى اعلى ونزود الأحجام الأخرى تحته بالترتيب وبالتدريج .. ابدا باثنين ثم أضف واحد من اسفل كل فترة

I have been wearing the insoles now for about 4 weeks. Still using all 5 of them. The 1st 2 days they were nice and soft and worked really well. But since then they've gotten more firm and less squishy. Unfortunately when I wear steel toe boots for 8 to 12 hours A-day, they do not provide the soft cushion that I need. I ordered them to help relieve the Achilles tendonitis. So maybe my judgment It's a little bias.
