Item shipped new in package as described. Arrived fast 1 day before estimated delivery date. Installed and works great! Simple instructions to follow. Product is great quality!

One year later the gear didn’t operate. Gave it a nudge and it was slow. Finally loosened up and started back normal. It needs a cover for off season.

We had ordered over 20 within a few months so by the time we got to install it was past 30 days. Plastic internal broken piece could be heard rattling then when turned over it fell out. Please replace or repair.
