Are they easy to use?

Oh yes. I unscrewed the atomizer and then I sprayed my perfume into the bottle. Once I had enough, I closed it by putting the spray part back into the bottle. Easy peasy.

How do I get in contact with the seller? I purchased this and one of my spray bottles is not spraying

I’m not sure but I’d think that Amazon customer service maybe able to help you with that.
