10 grams of fiber!
I was 350 3 years ago ..I started using these and began losing weight like I was using unlawful products to lose weight ..Very high on fiber ..A whole lot of protein ..Fwd I'm down to 225.00 ..I still am in aww ? I do walking 4 times a week 15 -35 minutes depending on the weather..and my over all feeling... I drink about 3 a day that's 60 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber ! For me fiber is the key..Top it all off there deliciouuuus !

Best Tasting Plant Protein Shake
Best tasting plant protein shake I’ve had. I’m a very picky person and this was enjoyable to drink. Tastes like the left over milk from chocolate cereal with fat free milk. It a watery chocolate flavor, no after taste, no chalk taste, and my stomach felt great after (drank on an empty stomach). The only thing is at first it seems too sweet but it’s not, the more I drank it the more I enjoyed it. Ingredient list is short and great amount of protein. Will continue to buy and I could definitely drink Evolve every day. I will recommend a friend.

These are real sweet.
I gotta just chug em down because they are cloyingly sweet. I won't buy them again. But if they are SUPER cold they crushable and convenient.

Delicious, nutritious, and supports National Parks!
Was going to remove a star but the flavor isn’t bad, it’s just because I like the other flavors more. For both protein/other macros and in size, it’s a win - it’s hard to find gluten free, vegan shakes that don’t have sugar alcohols! I often have to grab and go and I love that these can be consumed refrigerated or not. I prefer the Double Chocolate and Vanilla more, but that’s a personal preference. I find that these don’t cause any gastric issues and I haven’t had any issues with texture! You can’t go wrong with any Evolve, but personal preference is a big part. For the cost the quality is great, but I wish it were a bit more affordable for those who have to rely on liquid diets often!

Sickly sweet
These don’t taste good. Way too much stevia makes it sickly sweet tasting.
