Doesn't pvc create deadly hydrogen chloride gas when heated? should i be concerned about this why or why not?

Burning pvc smells absolutely horrible, it will make your throat burn and eyes water. You will most likely run out of the room before you get anywhere near a lethal dose from it. Fireman have a saying: if something burning smells bad, it is not good for you. If something burning smells good, it is REALLY bad for you. Personally I would be more worried about all the chemicals from the burning batteries than the pvc. But if you are really that worried about it, there is another bag that is almost identical to this, but uses polyester instead of pvc. I believe it is made by Tenergy.

Is it allowed in air plane transportation

I would call the airline and ask them. I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem in a checked bag.

I know this bag is mainly for lipo's, but is it ok to pu my nimh batteries inside witht he lipo's? just so i have one place to go to.
