I got this for my laundromat. It was very clunky to use and the directions weren’t all that great. Sure they have video but not of it truly being used.First thing I did was to try and sort my mix denomination. As a side note the first bill that goes in will be the one that the machine recognizes and sorts for. After I figured that out I would pull out a stack and make sure the next one is the denomination I needed. After the amount of times of refeeding the stacks of bills it really would have been faster to sort by hand. I didn’t feel as if it was a real good time savings.Next after everything was sorted I tried to count all the money and batch it in 50 amount increments so that I could band it correctly. This was a lot harder than it needed to be. I had about $171 in ones that batched fine, but then I loaded the $10s thinking it would recognize it was another denomination and restart the batch process. I was wrong, the machine didn’t restart the batch process and continued with counting as if they were 1s. I gave up trying and decided to return it. I was better off with my $100 bill counter and sorting by hand.The one positive is that is runs smoothly.

I have a counting machine that has been broken for weeks now! I contacted the company via email and phone and have yet to receive a response. I went ahead and repurchased another machine on Amazon hoping for a better product and the new one works even slower! I need someone from this company to respond or I am going to blast negative reviews about this company everywhere!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Every single count it shows error sometimes UV error and most of the time it says fade currency don’t know what to do ..please help
