Beautiful, however color does not last
I had a different steering wheel wrap that was not perforated (see my other review), so I replaced it with this one. This feels softer, stretches easier, and has more grip. I also like that the seam is folded in with hidden stitches. I wanted to do black thread cross stitch on beige leather so I removed the edge threading, used black waxed thread and sharper threading needles. Using thicker prewaxed thread makes installation easier. It took me 2 hours to finish, but Was very happy with the final result.I cut two strings each 3 times the circumference of the steering wheel. At first I was going to start and end at the 12 o'clock point, but what I did is thread both strings at the 6 o'clock point, pulled the string through to the middle so I can thread each half of the leather separately. That way I don't have to deal with a long string, and risk tangling and knotting. I threaded the one half all the way to 12 o'clock, then did the other half, pulling hard enough on the leather to fold the edges in and create a nice 3D look. Finally I tied both ends and tucked under the leather.Edit:Color does not last. After few months it started peeling off and showing base color. This is unfortunate since I loved this cover

Great product, Great value
This is my second purchase of this item.I liked mine so much that I got one for another car that had some peeling on the steering wheel leather. The fit was perfect, just make sure to measure your steering wheel from one side to the other and order the appropriate size.Installation took about 45 minutes to run the stitches through the loops and snug them up.When you get to the "spokes" in the steering wheel you simply tie it off on the back side and re-thread starting at the other side or just stitch the thread through the loops on the back side untill you get to the other edge. You do NOT try to push the needle through the leather! It's pretty obvious from the pictures in the description and cutomer reviews that you thread through the loops of the edge stitching. I'd say more about this but it wouldn't be polite. These are a great product and geat value and no one has ever paid me or given me anything for a review.

Fits/Looks Great on a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe
Overall very impressed with this steering wheel cover. If you are looking for a 100% leather cover, this...like most, is not it.However, that is a good thing, as the material this is made from allows stretching and conforming on the wheel, and around the spokes. It has a great feel under my hands, with a good tactile quality. I believe this will be very nice in winter as well, since my vehicle doesn't have a heated steering wheel. The kit came with the cover, two blunt needles, and two lengths of upholstery-grade thread, but no instructions. Their YouTube videos sufficed at giving enough direction for stitching patterns to make the install fairly easy. For my 15" wheel, a single length was more than enough.I also stitched around the spokes of the wheel (which was not done in their video), rather than just passing the thread behind the spoke to continue sewing each segment of the wheel. I have always felt that NOT doing so leaves some slack, dog-eared segments around the wheel that look tacky (see my pics for reference). The only thing I would suggest for that, if you opt for it, is to pick up some curved, sharp upholstery needles to go around the lengths across the spokes. The included blunt needles are very hard to push through the leather, and we're not designed for that purpose.Overall, I would recommend, and repurchase this product!
