This is a great product. The adenosylcobalamin form provides unique positive effects for me personally, and the ability to conveniently dose as small as 75mcg (1 drop) makes it extremely flexible for different use cases. The ingredient list is also as simple as it gets, purified water and adenosylcobalamin. It's pretty rare to find this form in drops, but if you do they most likely will have a relatively high dose per drop and various other ingredients added into the formula. With that said, this is a unique market offering and I appreciate it being made available here in the US (this brand is from the UK).

The instruction is so confusing. It says one serving is a drop. The bottle contains 1754 servings. Recommended dose is one drop per day in water with food. Consume within 3 months of opening. The question is how much is one drop? is it the full dropper that it came with or literally a drop like in a drop of rain. If it is literally a drop, with 1754 servings it will be close to 5 years before someone can ever finish a bottle. There is even a warning not to exceed the dosage. Please don't mess up when it comes to people's health. When I tried to contact the seller or report it i got a Bot chat which does not do anything and you cannot click or type in any comment. If they don't do a better instruction on the bottle, i would stay away from this product.

Normally I have to have these shipped to me from their website in the UK, and Metabolic's is great about any shipping concerns but it definitely makes it easier buying from Amazon. Their Adenosylcobalamin is excellent for people with MTHFR issues and doesn’t donate methyl or break into toxins like other forms of common B12 do. Their best vitamin in my opinion is Thiamine Pyrophosphate (Co-enzamated) it really helped with my neuropathy. I took an American brand Benfothiamine for a year and it was utterly useless, Metabolics Thiamine in 2 weeks made a difference. I took B12 and Folate in addition however it’s almsot impossible to find Thiamine Pyrophosphate in America. American vitamin companies don’t seem to grasp the concept of metabolite vitamins without unessesary ingredients added well. Luckily companies like Metabolic’s in Europe do understand the concept well and thankfully sell here and help significantly. Excellent brand, excellent products, excellent customer service. Can’t recommend enough

It is just like water does not give any energy

I feel like I received a quality product. Shipped fast and carefully. This type of B12 is the only one that passes the blood brain barrier to feed and repair neurons. Have been SI for several months with good results for PA neuropathy.

The dosage is one drop only in a small amount of water, so there is no taste at all - I have no issue with the price and the product itself is great - its hard to find a non methylated b12 - and this version of b12 -adenosylcobalamin is better than other forms and its hard to get in a liquid, so I was happy to find it. I like that it comes in a glass bottle too - my only gripe is - why so much of it? It's quite a big bottle, and as mentioned you can only take 1 drop per day (which is still over 3000% of recommended daily amount). The bottle itself says there are 1724 servings in the bottle - that's over 4 years worth of drops for one person - and yet it states to consume within 3 months of opening, so almost all of this bottle will end up being thrown out. Seems a massive waste. Why not sell in a small bottle?

I don’t think this product does anything. The size of bottle is ridiculous for the tiny amount taken each day. Avoid.
