Why dont they have a package where it includes power supply and dimmer?

Simple., some people don't need them and why should they pay for one then. When ordering there should have been a suggestion that you could add a Dimmer at time of purchase of the LED Bar.

These leds are dimable, where can i buy the dimmer switch?

In most cases you can order a DIMMER on Amazon. It plugs in between the Power Supply connector plug and then to the wire that would go to the LED Bar.

Description says “blue” also says blue 50/50’s implying some white, product info for “shade” says white. I’m Just looking for straight blue. Is it?

Half the leds are white and half are blue.

I am using three bars, power and dimmer plugged into a timer. Doesn't work unless I manually press dimmer. Why?

Ours are plugged into a 30 minute timers and work without issue. I can tell you that the 2 wires must be hooked up correctly because the light is polarity sensitive. I don't know if they will work on a dimmer.
