Tedious but fabulous.
The software is hard to get but when you have it, the keyboard is a dream. For £21 pounds, it is quite expensive and given the 5 day delivery, this deserves 4 stars.

SWEET LIBERTY
This device is crucial in assisting our helldivers in spreading democracy to the terminid scourge.Speak to your local requisitions officer to deploy yours today!Helldivers jokes aside, there are some 3rd party sayodevice tools available that make setting up the device far simpler. But works well as a handy macro keyboard that can well handle holding ctrl and pressing wasd in a certain order!

Love it.
Changed my graphics workflow. Binding keys groups, actions or scripts.Swapped all the keycaps over to custom ones. Taller ones at the back shorter at the front. It's quite quiet. Way less noisy than my mechanical keyboard.I downloaded the customisation software recommended in a previous review, but then had to download another as it was out of date. Easy to use, Self explanatory. The gradient colour palettes are very cool. I use the custom palettes to emphasise the colours in the customs keys. Will order another soon, just for blender workflow. The back left key stays on bright green after switching the pc off. Which is a bit annoying.

Use Windows to configure it.
You need to configure it using windows and download the software from sayobot . cn (downloads). There are two versions of the program. It has versions for MAC and Linux, but they don't work. It's not the permissions. I've tried everything. You plug it into windows, open the software and voila. You can configure it with macros, passwords and more. Also, you can configure the keys led lights independently. If you want to keep it on once when you press it and switch off when you press again, create a colour palette the colour you want and black, and set it to rotate through the palette you made. The materials are good, and the construction seems sturdy. It fails sometimes, though. Try not to press two keys at the same time, as it will mix the macros and create chaos.

Needs software which is difficult to find
I must say whilst the product looks and feels great, it needs an online program/software to work which was very difficult to find. There are no instructions which come with the keypad and no direction to the web site location of the software. One virus later and I managed to get progress with the program and the buttons. The software is web based which is a worry - what happens if the website disappears? Some of the website is in chinglish and not easy to follow.Unfortunately, I have returned the keypad as I don’t trust the web based software and it’s long term availability.

Works well
A tidy little unit that seems to work well. USB cable is a good length. It glows blue when it is plugged in.Seems to work with plug&play, so you get numbers 123 on the top and 456 on the bottom row. But i understand you can configure it if you want to.
