Works well out of the box, takes some adjusting for optimal sound that is neither bassy or pitchy.After being unplugged or a power outage, you need to make sure you hit the right mode unless you just adjust the first setting it comes on.I have become a literal meme at work for the ‘golden mic’ — to be clear, everyone is jealous.Would absolutely buy again… when you do, get some comfy headphones instead of these earbuds.

6 Month Update! Works with BOTH Podtrack P4 & Vocaster One!
I bought this kit back in July and at first, I had some issues with it. Once I figured out what I was doing wrong things fell into place really quickly and now this kit is even better and a lot more fun than it was when I first bought it. You will need 2 TRRS cables to connect it to either the Vocaster one and or Zoom Podtrack P4. You plug one into the smartphone jack of either the Podtrack P4 or Vocaster One and you take the other end and plug it into the headphone jack on the sound card then you plug your microphone into the Podtrack P4 or as you can see in the photos, Vocaster one along with the earbuds that come in the kit. I used my laptop to power the sound card but as you can see, all you really need is a simple phone charger or powered USB hub and you can go anywhere to do podcasts and the sound effects make things even sweeter. I would definitely buy this kit again.

XLR mic input not working.
Not good. We've tried everything we can think of, but the XLR mic input isn't working. Plugged a 3.5mm mic in and it worked fine. But no input thru XLR for some reason, amd that's the whole reason we got the unit. Checked XLR mic on another product and the mic and cable work fine. Just not with this unit.Will keep trying, but returning in a few days if we can't get it to work.

Low quality cheap
Good for a kiddo to fiddle with. Nit a good product for actual voice working. The interface has a terrible feed back in it
