So far, so good
To be honest; until I was asked to do this review, I forgot I put them in. So far after 1 week, feet & ankles feels much better. I have had a lot of issues with the last several years. I'm wearing them 12-15 hours a day. Which is why I probably forgot I even put them in because my attention isn't being drawn to the pain like before. They are the highest arch support I have found at 1.4". Wish I could get them a little higher, I like to feel a little pressure into my arch like the ones I use to get years ago but for some reason the company discontinued them.I wear a men's 11, I bought the one for 9-10.5 and they fit perfect right out of box, didn't have to do any trimming. I recommend what ever shoe size you wear, go down a half size and buy the ones in that range. you'll have less to no trimming to do.

High weight + high arches
These offer a lot of support for my high arches, along with my plantar fasciitis. On the days I don’t wear them, my feet/arches actually hurt vs just ache. The last time I went to the podiatrist we were talking about my stride and how it could change depending on my footwear, thereby causing more calluses. He asked to see my footwear, and he was quite impressed with these and the quality of them. He specifically mentioned that they were sturdy, with great cushioning, and a firm arch support. He liked that the had both plastic and gel, so they will last longer and continue to support my feet.Hopefully that helps you. I’ve had a difficult time finding a product that supports my weight AND my arches.

Things are looking up
I am a CNA that works 40 +hours a week. I am always on my feet. I also have plantar fasciitis and am over weight. My legs are stiff a lot after only 20 minutes in report. Also getting out of the car was painful. This is only the second day but wanted to let you know. That on day 1 I could feel the support under my feet and my feet didn’t hurt. Day 2, I realized that my legs are not stiff after getting up after report and getting out of the car after a long trip. I will come back and post after a week and give you more stars if I still am doing well. Thank you!

Now I got the Cadillac of work boots.
These are awesome! Im about 250lbs and never thought they made insoles for heavier folks. I put them in my work boots and it's made a difference. Also, I'm flat footed so getting the high arch support helps the sides of my feet from rubbing the sides of my extra wide boots. No more pain just relief after 10+ hour days on concrete floors. Didn't have to trim mine, and I wear a 14-15 depending on the brand. So far their durability has outlasted any prescription arch supports I've had. For what they do, I'd say they are relatively inexpensive for what you get out of them.

They offer good support but...
They squeak. I have other inserts for plantars and they don't squeak. These do. If that doesn't bother you then they're pretty good. If it does; probably not the best option.

Best Orthotic For Cheap.....!
I can walk again 😭😭😭 I paid 500$ for custom orthotics and they didn't even do what these could do for my feet such as my heel pain, knee pain, above the knee pain, lower back pain and it's all gone thank you so much. I wear a size 14 men's and weigh 310lbs they fit perfectly and feel amazing no trimming needed and very supportive will be purchasing more soon enough..!

They work so get you several pairs at a time.
If you have planters fasciitis, you need this insole for your shoes, as well as a heel cup to put it in the back for your shoes to rest on.I can wear almost any shoes as long as I have this insole in my shoes.

Would recommend!
I'm actually quite impressed with these insoles. So much so that I purchased 2 more pairs of them. They feel hard, but they actually do what they say they will do. I'm over 230 pounds and I work in an incarceration facility. So I'm constantly on my feet, walking on concrete floors all day. Most times for way more than 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. And so far, these insoles have more than help up to the task. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Even with plantar fasciitis. But I have an extensive collection of shoes, and I'm constantly having to swap these insoles around whenever I wear a different pair of shoes. I will definitely buy more of these over time. I think the only downside to these insoles is that they are expensive (hence only 4 stars). And since I don't make much, I'll have to work them into my budget. But I would definitely recommend!
