Loved these gels, have used for two marathons now. No side effects and gentle on the tummy

Never had gels in my life and got into a mess with a 100 mile training ride prior to my A & B events so decided to go with Torq gels. Consumed 15 gels at a rate of 1 every 30 minutes for a 120 mile / 13000ft Sportive at hard pace. Absolutely no stomach issues whatsoever and fuelling was perfect. Hydration was Precision Hydration 1500 electrolyte. The really strong stuff as cramps are an issue with me.

Best gels ever! I mix and match them with other flavours. Never had any stomach issues. I take them with water over a period of 4 or 5 mins in my long runs.
