Sauna partner...
My husband gets strong cramps after using a hot sauna. He now takes just a cap full of this tonic in a small amount of water or juice. It heads off cramps. We've encouraged other family members to use this product and they also love it. Very high quality and works fast if you forget to take it ahead of time.

Effective and Natural for Neuropathy Cramps
My mother has neuropathy and is often dehydrated as well. She has used the Old Amish formula for years when her legs start to cramp up, especially at night, and being able to purchase on Amazon has been fantastic. It does not taste great, but if you mix it with a strong juice, like cranberry, it goes down pretty easy. I don't recommend storing extra bottles in the garage or somewhere that gets heated. Keep it inside in cool location to ensure it stays useable.

This WORKS!!
This stuff is amazing! Within 30 to 90 seconds your cramp will be gone. I keep a shot glass ready for it. You definitely want to top off with water or you will be rethinking your life choices, but the taste is worth the reward.

Great product
My doctor suggested this for leg cramps and I have been taking it for a week and so far no leg cramps. Seems to work. I hope it continues to work. It is strong but if it works I will take it.
