This nose spray contains the same active ingredient (fluticasone propionate) at the same 50 mcg/spray strength as the name brand but for a much cheaper price. Even the inactive ingredients are identical to those of name brand. I use it for nasal congestion/sinus inflammation that seems to follow me year round. I find it works better with consistency though. So more of a maintenance than fast acting relief. If you need fast short term relief your better off with something similar to Afrin. Since I'm prone to congestion year round, maintenance is best though. Plus, since it is a year round issue, I also need to save where I can and this version helps cut costs. If Im struggling with a bad flare up what I do is that I take an allergy tablet with D ingredient as needed and just follow up with this nasal spray. I use the spray longer term and hence am able to not have to take as many oral meds as I would have to otherwise, as I feel less inflammation and better overall.

This is the same allergy spray you would buy in the drugstore but several dollars cheaper. It works just as well, lasts just as long and comes in the same safety packaging. Good value and fast shipping.

I have used this nasal spray for over a month and it’s a much needed part of my regime now to stop my nighttime congestion that was worsened by a historical cedar and pollen outbreak. Users have to be patient and consistent to prevent congestion, but it starts working almost immediately, even for stubborn congestion like mine that kept me up at night. The spray is listed as non-drowsy, but for this particular type of medicine, I can take it at night without causing sleeplessness.

The product is great, just like Flonase. Cleared my breathing right up. However, you will need a buzz saw, a flamethrower, and Lord Voldemort’s wand to take the cap off the first time. Fortunately for everyone, Amazon likely sells all three.

This is amazing to use periodically. I feel that my oral allergy pills lose efficacy after a while and I have to rotate them. This seems to be holding up after several months of use. Great value!

Zyrtec is expensive, this is not! Great product that I use with flonase to keep my allergies from ruling my life!
