I am not a scientist with a lab, so I can't tell you about quality or purity except that I have never had a problem from this supplement. I do think that my regular use has decreased my susceptibility to sunburn, which would be fantastic if it's not just my imagination. I'm taking a star off because I agree with others that the marketing is a little deceptive. These are 5 MG gelcaps, not 10. It's a 30 day supply if you want to take 10 MG. I only take 5.
