better than Lidocaine patches
I occasionally get lower back pain associated with a chronic condition. When it flares, I've found these patches to be the more effective than other patches OTC. These are definitely superior to the Lidocaine patches. In comparison the the Capsaicin creams/ointments, this provides "gentle" relief. The creams burn but the patches don't. I don't know how well they will work for others, but they definitely work for me!!

They help but the patch never stays on for 8 hours.

Great Pain Product
When the knees are hurting I use these patches and they help alleviate the pain. I have used them for years and they do work. Would recommend to anyone with knee or back pain.

Mobile heating pad
Works like a mobile heating pad. Lasts up to 8 hours. Very soothing on the arthritis on the back and spine. Cons: have to wait 1 hour after showering to put on.
