Very Good Floor Cleaner
This has a pleasant scent, ready to use and does a very good job of cleaning your floors. It works on laminates, tile, and linoleum. I do not have wood floors so I am not sure if this can be used on wood. This is a BIG 1 gallon that is a bit difficult & clumsy to put in your spray mop. Fortunately, I had some empty plastic 1 qt bottles so I filled these which makes it much easier to handle and fill my mop. Price is reasonable for the full gallon. This is not a floor wax so there is no shine on your floors, nor is there any greasiness to the cleaner. This gallon bottle will last me more than 2 months, so I feel it is a good investment.

Good Level of Shine
Definitely next level shine. I tried several brands, from US and Japan. This works. Although it says streak free, if its not wiped dry, it still leaves streaks on my marble floor. But when wiped dry, it leaves a nice shine. The smell wise is ok, Japanese brands I used had a better smell. This smells alittle like commercial soap but still ok I guess. More importantly, it wipes out dirt and stains and leaves a good quality shine. Highly recommend this for spray mops.

Get this for your power mops!
Perfect for refilling the power mop without going broke on the popular refills! The Zep cleaner is just amazing. It cleans heavy messes with no streaks or hazy buildup. Smells pretty good too!

Cleaned the floor well, but the tile would still smell like dog pee. Went back to Windex.
I was buying this for cleaning my tile floors due to dog pee accidents when I'm gone too long. I've been using Windex because it has ammonia which disinfects without the bad bleach+urine smell. I've had great success with other Zep products (the "Air and Fabric Odor Eliminator" is especially amazing for rugs and dogs) so I wanted to try this out. First time I used this, it seemed like it worked well. The floors felt very clean when I ran the dry mop over them the next day. But the room still had a wiff of dog pee. I tried doing it again, but the smell lingered until I used Windex. It'll get used up eventually when the floors get cleaned, but I won't be using it for dog accidents.

I use on floors at a store it's so easy, squirt it, mop it, floor clean and not sticky. With a nice clean scent
