Love them! They work very, very well and are easy to use (I don't have to except a lot of pressure to use) which is great because they are an integral tool for my job (I'm a chef). Although a little more than I was hoping to pay, totally worth it.

If you are a serious chef do not buy the cheap knock offs. These are what you need. Good spring and feel in your hand. Tips line up as they should and are built to last.

My New Plating Partner
These work great, i use them in the kitchen for detailed plates and it works great. The curve allows for better view on garnish when plating compared to the straight ones

Tweezers arrived very quickly, the main reason I chose to buy through amazon prime. Unfortunately there was absolutely no tension present, making holding anything with more than minute pressure very difficult. This has never happened when I order direct from manufacturer. Definitely recommend waiting it out and ordering straight from JB Prince.

This is my second pair of JB Prince tweezers. The first pair I owned and lost was great quality with springy resistance. I liked them so much I bought the same model to replace them. Very little resistance. Poor quality. The metal itself is flexible, not rigid. Very disappointed.
