The resistance of this band is really good ! No cap, it helps significantly when stretching by yourself and in need of that extra push .

got this a couple of days ago. I feel like it's sturdy been using it a lot and I'm happy with the product.

It was a good quality band but was too stretchy and not enough restriction so I didn’t feel like I was really getting any stretching in. So I’m returning it and going for a different band.

Overall my daughter loves it and she's been recommending it to all her dance friends.
