Very effective, works well for long-term use
I've been using this for two to three years now, after it was recommended by a doctor. Before breakfast I mix two desert spoonfuls in a glass of water, give it a good stir, and drink it all straight away before it starts to bulk out. This works perfectly for me. Everybody is different though, so I'd recommend you start with half a teaspoon, see how that goes, and gradually over the next few days increase the dose. At some point you'll find the right dose for you.The taste is bland and slightly woody, easy to get used to. Some people mix it into fruit juice, and some sprinkle it onto breakfast cereal, but I find that it's fine to take by itself in plain water.If you ever have an operation and need to get things working again, but things are a bit tender down there - then this stuff might be worth its weight in gold to you.

Doesn't mix well
Having bought the Psyllium husk before and really liking it, I was disappointed to find this was noo the same. My own fault, I never noticed it was powder. It didn't mix well and I found it unpleasant to take. The other one I bought was easily mixed in orange juice making it taste and have the texture of orange juice with the bits in. Altogether more pleasant. The affects were similar, but I just don't like this version. The coarser one was better and for me, more effective.

I am still using this product. Once I run out of my physillium, I will order again from here. I hope the business still stocks them. I highly HIGHLY recommend for their excellent service and great value for money.

Yep, Yep, Yep, Works within 24hrs, The next morning, I had a dump of the day that King Kong, would have been proud of. I now have a teaspoon with a pint of water a day and im back to normal regularity, Works alot better than Fibergel which ive tried in the past, Would recommend having a decent multivitimin and mineral at a different time of day, as high fibre like this does absorbe nutrients on the way through, leaving you with lack of some. I know feel lighter and have more energy without that bloated sluggish feeling in my bowels, Would recommend
