I had purchased this product from Amazon in September 2025, but within 4 months it stopped working, so I tried to complain to brand from Amazon website but iam unable to contact brand person, so I called Amazon customer care they inform that there return policy is only for one week and informed me to contact brand only and give there number, then I called them by whatsapp the. Brand person as send some subcontracted service engineer, he had come and checked the product and informed that booster and SMPS as damaged. And received a whatsapp message from brand to remove booster and SMPS and send courier to there place and they will check and if there is any problem they will replace and they are telling to do all those things from our side only, then what is the meaning of warranty iam in south India and brand is some were in North India. So once again I contacted Amazon and explained my problem they had raised a complaint and issued ticket and said to wait for 5 days, again after 7days once again I contacted Amazon customer care but again they are asking for invoice and again raised complaint and said to wait for 7 working days. I really fed-up, from past 1 month water filter is not working. Both Amazon and brand is not giving a solution instead of that they are dragging time. We had a good opinion with Amazon but by purchasing this product we lost hope. Really really very very disappointed.

Decent quality. Prompt installation. Been using it for 9 months and so far no issues. replaced the outer filter on my own twice during this period. TDS of our water ranges from 600 - 800 and resultant is brought down to around 30. Water quality is also good. neutral i would say. Update: March 2026 - SMPS Issue. had to replace. Cost 500/-

It's a great product and very effective. My boring water tds reduced 90% but that's one catch 22. Earlier tds was 350 now it's 20 but no way you can increase it as per your requirement as WHO recommends 100 ppm minimum for healthy water. But it has copper filter which gives additiona minerals. Overall very good in this budget. Amazon was actually hiding it and you have to search it a lot. Storage capacity is ithink 6 litre, very easy to use, fit above tap, speedy water flow. Go for it any how. You can fit tds control from installation technician for 100 rs extra

#compliments i recently purchased this product, and it comes with a one-year warranty. While using it normally, it suddenly developed a switch and SMPS issue. The product is still under warranty, but the Aqua service team is not responding properly and is asking me to pay money for the repair. I do not understand why I should pay when the product is within the warranty period. This is very disappointing. The product quality and customer service are very poor. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and this purchase from Amazon...I am totally disappointed..how to support and sale amazon this is irresponsible product
