The hubs was so excited when this got here. I have to admit it is pretty tasty. It is very similar to prosciutto. Light and airy. Set up is a breeze, and all you have to do to keep it fresh ...for 3-4 months ... is place the akin back on after you cut into it. It's a definite win to wow guests, have a great, easy snack, and even feed a little treat to the pups.

I would not give any stars but the system would not allow it. This is the worst Serrano ham that I have ever bought! I am originally from Spain, so I consider myself qualified to provide this review. Meat is extremely cured and dried making it really difficult and dangerous to cut. Moreover, the skin is also extremely hard. The meat doesn't have much flavor or at least I cannot taste anything because of the hardness of the meat. I have bought many Serrano hams in the past from COVAP (Iberico) and Noel. This is my first time buying this brand and for sure it has been the last one. DO NOT BUY IT! NO LO COMPREN!

This is delicious! If you like prosciutto, this is even better! Nice to have around the holidays. Very high quality product. I have recommended it to many friends that have purchased and they have also enjoyed it!!! It’s huge, so be prepared! Comes with the stand and knife, for ease of carving. Not too fatty. Fantastic value.

We picked one of these up as a charcuterie centerpiece for a party. We all had a great time taking turns, cutting slices off. It was delicious and reminded me of a recent trip to Spain. We shaved off some of the protective fat cap to reveal the beautiful meat underneath. The texture on the exterior shell was a little bit drier (some preferred it that way) the center was amazingly soft and moist. It tasted great and paired well with several wine options. Will definitely purchase again and we still have leftovers!

So good. I use it for Superbowl and then seam it out, slice it and vacuum seal. You get so many packs of it. It is great to pull from the freezer and use that night.
