Blue Medicated Dandruff Shampoo, 11 Fl Oz (Pack of 2)

I originally bought this Medicated Selsun Blue to help clear up my husband's complexion of it's redness. (We had read that the Medicated Selsun Blue worked well as a face wash for skin problems). You use it in the shower as your face wash and rinse off immediately. Because he also has occasional dandruff problems, he also used it as purposed, for shampoo, as well. To our amazement, it worked well for both his hair and skin. He now uses this product exclusively for his shampoo, because it works better for him than the better known dandruff shampoo. He also uses it regularly as his face wash. Once in a while, I use it too, for the acne type sores I occasionally get on my scalp, and for my own facial redness. As far as we are concerned, this brand is the best dandruff shampoo, especially in it's medicated form. For complexion problems, you must be sure you use the Medicated Selsun Blue only.

So it smells bad. It is not the worse, but it is not nice scent. All I have to say is that it stops the dandruff better than even prescription shampoo. I mostly just have dry scalp. In the shower, I wash my hair first, and leave it in until the end, giving it an occasional scrub in between. I rinse it last.

I have struggled with my dandruff for so many years. I’ve tried almost every different shampoo, includes some really expensive ones, in the market, but most of them did not help, or, just have effect on first one or two weeks. I just want to have something new to try when I bought this but!!! This shampoo really works! I’ve already run out a bottle but it still works! This product really helps!

I use this product when I am having problems with my scalp. It is a wonderful product and it works for dandruff. I would recommend this product to a friend.

This medicated shampoo is really forest green! Everything that comes in contact with it, it stains, rugs, walls, tiles. It's very difficult to shake it up properly, and make sure it's shook well. You almost have to have some of it out of the bottle. As far I can tell, it works, it has seems to help with the problem that I have. That none of the goofy doctors that I go to see have been able to figure out, which clearly is some sort of fungal or yeast infection. As a blond it's very disconcerting how deep, dark and intense the color is. It doesn't seem to have effected my natural hair color. If you color your hair!!??? I might suggest that you try doing a test patch with it.

I've use the product for several decades as it is extremely effective at combating eczema that I sometime get on my scalp. The seller delivered on-time at a good price.

This shampoo is amazing! I struggled with dandruff and seborrhea, had incredible hair loss, and I find this shampoo leaves me feeling very clean, fresh, and problem free. Literally no dandruff, no seborrhea. I love it and couldn't recommend it enough. Hope it works as well for you as it did for me!
