Klein Tools D213-9ST High-Leverage Ironworker's Pliers, Made in USA, Twist and Cut Soft Annealed Tie Wire, Hook Bend Handle, Spring Loaded, Heavy-Duty Jaws

I work for suntec concrete as an apprentice carpenter. I took a tie wire class and one of the instructors said that klein tie wire plyers tho pricey aee the best and once you use a pair anything else will feel like a cheap knock off. I had to say i was skeptical and with them at around 5o$ I almost didn't buy them lucky i found a new open pair from amazon warehouse for les them half price. But now that they are in my hands i can totally see why they would be worth the full price heavy a lite flick of the rist is gona lighten up any tie wire and the grip these things have that wire ant gona slip out like they always did with my Milwaukee pliers. On top of that made in the USA if you are r thinking about getting them on sale or not do it they are worth it!!!!

First off I am not happy with product description. I was suppose to recieve a product with hook handle and spring assisted opening. This didn't come with either. But with that being said it will get the job done. I tie rebar on bridges and will just have to get used to these which I don't think it will take much time. These pliers are heavy duty and great quality. I am only giving this 4 stars beacause of the improper description.

As an iron worker for 3 years, these pliers are made for tying double ties, double 8’s double 9’s etc.Great pliers for a good price.

No much to complain about but why my package was half open

Love how new pliers grip the tire wire. These perform like Klein's are supposed to and have for decades. My father used Klein's and I will use these pliers until I wear them out.The only drawback to using the larger size is not being able to use them in tight spaces, or not as easily as smaller pliers.

Pliers are great. I'm used to using 9s. I wanted to try 8s, but I got another pair of 9s.

I bought another set of these pliers to tie rebar as they are usually durable, comfortable and practical. A week after I got these I was banging some ice off of the rebar (something I've done countless times with previous sets and no harder than usual) and a chunk of the metal chipped put.I sent Klein a message and a picture and they didn't even reply.Anyways, I'm still using them but the teeth are wearing down quicker than normal and the bit of hitting with them i do here and there is showing a lot more. I feel like the steel is softer than usual. Will shop around and see what else is out there when I buy my next set.

Great set of pliers ill admit they are on the heavy side compared to the dewalt pliers but are worlds apart in quality well worth the money my pair have yet to show any signs of wear the teeth also are still sharp same with the cutting edges even after cutting multiple duplex nails

I love these pliers. They will grab and yank out anything. They won't grip anything that's really close to flush (i.e. 1 mm or less), but I guess that's another set of pliers. The cutter works great and the handle length gives great leverage. Heavy-duty and professional.

Klein at a great price. All the Klein quality you expect.

Awesome!! Got them faster than what I was expecting! Planning to buy alot more :)
