I purchased my sheeter a couple of years ago to make homemade croissants. I am in my 60s and it is hard to roll out the dough by hand, even with a large rolling pin. I never knew such a thing existed until I researched ways to roll dough at home and discovered the huge professional sheeters. I wondered if there might be a smaller version and I found this one to my dismay. I thought about it for at least six months because I was unsure about purchasing it from overseas. I finally took the plunge and when I received it a small part was missing. I contacted the vendor and no longer than a week later the missing part was in my mailbox. This has saved me an extraordinary amount of time and energy. It works great and I don't have to labor nearly as hard as I was with a rolling pin but I still get to bake wonderful homemade pastries. Make sure your dough is not sticky when you use it and wipe it down good each time and it will last forever. You can take it apart in strategic places and clean it good. Be delicate with the rollers as they can be damaged by using metal utensils or harsh abrasives.

This is the best sheeter on the market. So sturdy and easy to use. I'm glad I spent a little more money. I will use this often because it is very precise and easy to use. I highly recommend this sheeter. I would definitely buy an electric unit from this company if I was doing a high volume of croissants

The seller was very helpful and nice. Answered my questions and helped me get my product. It works very nice. Puff pastry came out excelent with little effort and I very clean. I will use it at home. I think it can work very well for other doughs.

Doesn’t work. Dough keeps getting stuck. Comes out in different shapes. Edges are thick. Total waste of money

I love this Dough Sheeter. It arrived in 1 week and it was packaged very well. It does come with English instructions. It's very straight forward to use, just like using a pasta machine. I have used it multiple times and it works great.( It is saving me a lot of time from rolling the dough by hand) This Dough Sheeter is very well made and very easy to use. It is an excellent size for the home baker like me.

West of money , break any croissant dough . Dont worth nothing . I dont know how they sell and recommend for croissant

while it is a dough sheeter, I am using it to roll out fondant, it is awesome, I am having a great time using it. A very sturdy piece of equipment, will last a life time, worth every penny

Works pretty good, does what it need to. Nice even rolling for fondant and doughs. Cons are it can be tricky to clean, and the table clamps and handle need frequent tightening. Overall it feels heavy and well-made. I've had it for 3 years and used it occasionally and overall satisfied with it. I did get hit with import duties, but that's my fault I didn't realize this shipped from Italy, and with shipping it made this sheeter a bit expensive.
