Really fun to play!
I was inspired by LillyPichu to buy one of these and learn a few songs for a local anime convention last month. Impressed by how cheap this one was, I went ahead and bought it. It arrived on time and I found that it was really easy to play and maintain. When I brought it to the convention with me, everyone I played for complimented me and now I can't wait to bring it with me to other conventions!

A good buy, but one arrived broken--allow extra time if you're buying for a gift.
I bought these as gifts for my daughters. The pink one worked great straight out of the bag. Nice tone, on pitch, and she loves the color! Both kids play piano, and love this as a solution to share their music where there isn't a practical way to set up an electric keyboard. (note if you also play, you've got to blow harder for each additional key, so chords can get real hard really fast. ;)The green was defective, but the seller was quick to make it right. I'm not sure if that was a fluke or if quality control at the factory isn't that great, but as long as you allow some extra time if you need it by a set date, they'll take care of you. :)

Cool little instrument. Easy to play, nice keyboard geometry to work with.
So far I haven't used this instrument extensively. I have played it and it appears to be reasonable built, and the sound quality is good. I like that it has the keyboard layout. This geometry (unlike a guitar, which I also play) makes it easy to see intervals. If you like a harmonica or accordion type of sound, this may be your instrument. I wouldn't recommend play more than two notes simultaneously, as it takes to much air to drive that many reeds. Still, within this limitation, it's great fun.

Weird overblow tone.
While this is great for a toddler or even a costume. It produces an odd overblow. When you simply breathe into the instrument it will produce a high squel. This squel follows any note you play, so the note is in tune (seems that way to a tuner at least.) but like I said that overtone follows so it is like you are trying to play a chord (a very bad chord) even if you just want a single note.

Great but out of tune
This instrument is great. I have fun every time I play it. It's a great solo instrument too but it is badly out of tune when u tried to tune it I found out you couldn't

Music to my ears
The sound is exactly what I was expecting. I was surprised how much more air the low notes require as opposed to the higher notes, but that's not a problem with the product. I purchased this because I wanted an instrument that would be able to handle a low drone note and perform melodies with the higher notes. It does exactly that. I prefer the tube mouthpiece but having the other mouthpiece is very handy, and the carrying case is a much appreciated inclusion.

Inexpensive fun for the whole family to learn about and play music
I bought seven of these in different colors for a family vacation and we had a big concert with them. They were great in all ways. Fun, easy to learn, you can buy decals for the keys with the note names on them and then there is free easy sheet music available. It is a wonderful way for small kids to learn music, keys, notes, etc. I also bought a conductor's baton to lead the orchestra. Robin Perin
