Pathetic is an understatement.
Pathetic. What a waste of money. It doesn’t have any kind of voice cancellation. Can hear every thing from fan to other noise. You have to place the Mike almost around your lips. Won’t work with it clipped to your shirt. I am shocked that they won’t refund. What kind of a customer service is this. I am even pissed up at Amazon. How can they allow such a brand to operate. I have made it a mission to suggest everyone I know to keep away from this brand. What does it mean you won’t refund. That’s actually nonsense. What kind of a policy is this. I am amazed how have people voted five stars for this product. I smell something fishy. I usually do not post reviews. Guess I have never come across such a pathetic product. Stay away from this brand. If one still wants to buy it, it’s better to throw away your money. At least someone would find and use it for something.
