Good quality but expensive including installation
So far everything is good, hope it will last longer cooling is good, the installation was expensive including additional charges.

मान्यवर, संदर्भ: Order ID 404-8507410-4323564 मैं आपके संज्ञान में यह अत्यंत गंभीर बात लाना चाहता हूँ कि आज मेरे ऑर्डर की रिटर्न पिकअप के लिए डिलीवरी बॉय मेरे घर आया था, लेकिन उसने पैकेज लेने से मना कर दिया। जबकि: मैंने उसे पूरा CCTV फुटेज दिखाया, पहले ही CCTV वीडियो, फोटो और सभी प्रमाण ZIP फाइल में ई-मेल द्वारा साझा कर चुका हूँ, पैकेज उसी स्थिति में उपलब्ध था जिसमें डिलीवरी के समय प्राप्त हुआ था। इसके बावजूद डिलीवरी बॉय ने यह कहते हुए पिकअप नहीं किया कि “पहले investigation होगी” और बिना पैकेज लिए चला गया। अत्यंत आश्चर्य की बात यह है कि Amazon App में यह दर्शाया जा रहा है कि Order Ready नहीं था, जबकि यह जानकारी पूरी तरह गलत और भ्रामक है। पैकेज पूरी तरह तैयार था और पिकअप के लिए उपलब्ध था। यह स्थिति मेरे लिए मानसिक तनाव और समय की बर्बादी का कारण बन रही है, जबकि गलती मेरी ओर से बिल्कुल भी नहीं है। अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि: तत्काल प्रभाव से रिटर्न पिकअप दोबारा शेड्यूल किया जाए, पिकअप के बाद मेरा पूरा रिफंड शीघ्र जारी किया जाए, डिलीवरी बॉय द्वारा गलत रिपोर्टिंग के संबंध में आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाए। कृपया इस मामले को उच्च प्राथमिकता (High Priority) पर लेते हुए शीघ्र समाधान प्रदान करें। आपके त्वरित उत्तर एवं कार्यवाही की प्रतीक्षा रहेगी। धन्यवाद।
