So far everything is good, hope it will last longer cooling is good, the installation was expensive including additional charges.

AC is very good. Outdoor unit is very big, Indoor unit plastic quality is average. However, performance is excellent. Chilling is very good. Low noise both at Indoor and outdoor units Recommended for purchase

Received the AC unit but found a few fins were bent, likely due to insufficient padding during shipping. The product itself works fine and I'm not requesting a replacement, but wanted to flag this so better packaging can be used in future dispatches — foam inserts or corner guards would help prevent this.

Very good product and good instalation

I recently purchased the Daikin 1.5 Ton 5 Star Inverter AC and I am genuinely impressed with its performance. My usage area is a large hall connected with a kitchen, approximately around 250–260 sq ft, so I was initially hesitant whether a 1.5 ton AC would be sufficient. However, after using it, I can confidently say that the cooling is excellent even for this size. Even at a setting of 26°C, the AC manages to cool the entire space comfortably. The cooling is consistent and feels evenly distributed across the room, which was a pleasant surprise considering the open layout. Another major highlight is the noise level. The indoor unit operates very quietly, and even the outdoor unit is noticeably silent compared to other ACs I have used before. This makes it very comfortable for daily use, especially during night time. I would also like to mention that the installation experience was very smooth. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and handled everything properly, which added to the overall positive experience. The build quality and overall performance feel premium, which is expected from Daikin. Initially, I was a bit unsure about my decision, but after using it, I feel it was absolutely the right choice. Overall, I would highly recommend this AC to anyone looking for strong cooling, energy efficiency, low noise operation, and a hassle-free installation experience, even for slightly larger spaces.
